Chung Xiang Xi is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Kuasa Era Sdn Bhd, bringing more than a decade’s worth of hands-on expertise in civil engineering, construction management, and project execution across Sabah. He holds a Bachelor of Civil and Construction Engineering from Curtin University, Australia, and brings a structured, management-driven approach to delivering infrastructure and development projects.

At Kuasa Era, Chung is responsible foroverseeing overall project coordination and ensuring that activities remain on track from planning through completion. He manages project timelines, monitors progress against keymilestones, and engages closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory expectations. His role is centred on facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, addressing project-level concerns, and supporting timely , well-informed decisions to ensure smooth and organized project execution.

Chung began his career as an Assistant Engineer at Setia Sahabat Sdn Bhd, gaining hands-on experience in site coordination, engineering documentation, and technical inspections. He then advanced to Project Engineer and later Project Manager roles at Multiple Contract Sdn Bhd, where he was entrusted with managing project schedules, budgets, coordination with consultants and contractors, site supervision, and compliance with engineering and safety standards. His responsibilities expanded to include technical reviews, progress reporting, testing and commissioning support, and client communication, reflecting his growing capabilities in both technical and managerial aspects. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Director at Jasa Bina Sdn Bhd, where he took on strategic leadership responsibilities. In this role, he led overall business direction, oversaw project execution from start to finish, made high-level decisions on resource allocation and budgeting, ensured regulatory compliance, and managed stakeholder relations. His direct involvement in business strategy, client relationship management, and performance monitoring further strengthened his ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Prior to joining Kuasa Era, Cornelia held engineering roles at Teknis Konsult, ZLS Engineering Management, Mechflo Engineering, and Mekaletrik Konsult, where she gained in M&E layout design, authority submissions, technical documentation, extensive experience progress reporting, testing and commissioning (T&C), defect management, and site supervision. Through these roles, she developed a deep understanding of building services systems and project workflows, particularly in navigating local authority requirements and ensuring contractor compliance during construction and handover phases.
